This policy explains how Winsmith LLC ("Winsmith", "we") handles information on winsmith.ai.

What we collect

When you fill in the "Join the pilot" form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you about BusyBooking.

To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your visit (such as your IP address and browser) under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address under Google's privacy policy. Our server keeps short technical logs (such as the time of a request) to keep the site running; they do not contain what you type into the form.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email in our inbox and are kept [retention period, e.g. as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted].

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent us by emailing info@winsmith.ai.
